What is christmas?

Is it only about gifts, presents and buying clothes? Is it about partying and having fun? Or is it only about eating out and wearing new clothes? What is actually the true essence of Christmas? The true essence of Christmas is in sharing, giving, spreading love, prosperity and good wishes, helping the poor, the needy and lets not forget loving the animals around us too. The true spirit of Christmas lies in celebrating with the ones we love, togetherness, giving and not simply exchanging gifts. It’s when you put your thoughts behind thinking about others. It’s a selfless time where we forgive, take stock of what is important and become better versions of ourselves. Let’s just say, the quality of Christmas lies in love, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness and joy.
